We do our best to display our wigs as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings or lighting conditions.

Each wig is described with detailed specifications (length, texture, color, fiber type) to help you make the right choice.

Prices & Payments

All prices are listed in USD ($) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We accept secure payments through:

• Klarna
• Shopify Payments

Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Processing time is 1–5 business days, and delivery time depends on your location.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier issues, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all wig sales are final.

Once a wig has been opened, tried on, or handled, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

In case of a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll evaluate the situation to find a solution.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase and before shipping confirmation.

After that time, your order is already being processed and cannot be cancelled.

Customs & Import Fees

For international orders, customs duties and import taxes (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.

We are not liable for any delays or costs related to customs clearance.
