Below you’ll find all the details about how and when your order will arrive.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your wig every step of the way.
Please note: during sales, holidays, or high-demand periods, processing may take a little longer.
Shipping Times
- France & EU: 5–10 business days
- USA & Canada: 7–14 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
(Delivery times may vary depending on customs or carrier delays.)
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the total weight of your order.
We offer free shipping on orders over $55.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.

Customs & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These fees are not included in your order total and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order is delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us, we’ll help you locate it.
However, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs, incorrect addresses, or courier issues once the package is in transit.
Address Changes
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We cannot modify the address once your order has been shipped.
